Position: Test Engineer (NPI/NTI) - Principal

Optimize test solutions and automated test equipment (ATE) coverage across product specs

Characterize products through silicon validation, performance analysis, and corner case testing

Lead test data analysis to identify yield detractors and drive continuous improvement

Support failure analysis with detailed test data and root cause identification

Create and maintain documentation for test plans, procedures, and reports

Collaborate with design, applications, quality, and manufacturing teams across locations

Become proficient with ATE platforms relevant to NXP's portfolio and train peers

Propose improvements to test methodologies, processes, and tools

Responsabilità8+ years of experience in Product Engineering or Test Engineering with a focus on NPI/NTI in semiconductors

Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics and mixed-signal/digital design principles

Proficiency in developing test programs for ATE platforms (preferably Advantest V93000 SMT8)
Strong debugging skills for silicon and test hardware

Experience with statistical data analysis and test automation scripting

Excellent English communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams
