Civil & Structural Materials & Work Quantities Estimating & Management Specialist

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

Estimate materials and works in bidding stage, on the basis Group Leader’s guidelines;
Issue the accounting of materials and works, checking the correct application of method of measurements and Sub-contractor’s charges;
Issue the current estimates of materials and works during the engineering stage, on the basis of the data and information conveyed by the Civil Project Leader.
Guarantee the quality of the generated deliverables and their compliance with the contractual and company standards, procedures and work instructions;

Personal Attributes:
Technical Diploma of Geometra
minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering in plant engineering companies in the petrochemical, oil & gas, power fields;
past experience as a Estimating Engineer or Construction Quantity Surveyor;
past experience at Site;
fluent English speaker and writer;
availability to travel for short and long period in Italy and abroad.

Compensation:
The initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be 45,000.00€
The compensation package will include the applicable elements of the Collective Agreement as well as benefits provided under company agreements, including flexible benefits and a participation bonus.
Any additional variable components and/or benefits, regulated by Standards, Policies and/or company agreements, will be illustrated during the selection process.
