Product Manager, SW Enablement Brands

Experteer Overview  As Product Manager, you will shape ADI’s ecosystem-driven products across silicon, software, and open-source domains. You’ll translate customer needs into strategic roadmaps, engage with external communities, and craft compelling narratives that connect hardware and software with partner technologies. You’ll work with multiple business units to drive adoption and differentiation in a fast-evolving ecosystem.

This role offers visibility at events and with executives, impacting ADI’s position as a solutions provider beyond silicon.

Conduct ongoing discovery to identify and prioritize problems across customers and ecosystems
Translate insights into hypotheses, value propositions, and measurable success metrics
Represent ADI to customers, partners, and technical communities at events
Translate silicon and software capabilities into customer-facing narratives and ecosystem positioning
Develop technical marketing content (solution briefs, whitepapers, presentations, partner collateral)
Shape go-to-ecosystem strategies and enable adoption via documentation and developer practices
Engage in open-source and standards communities to influence direction and adoption
Own structured product intake and long-term prioritization; build ecosystem-aligned roadmaps
Collaborate with engineering to define scope, sequencing, and requirements
Advocate for developer experience, integration simplicity, and open-source alignment
Serve as the central product voice across engineering, marketing, sales, and multiple business units
Mentor other PMs and promote an ownership-driven mindset
Drive strategic direction across cross-functional teams
Communicate strategy, roadmap, and progress to VP/executives
Responsabilità   Career foundation in embedded or firmware engineering with hands‑on HW/SW integration experience
Progression into product marketing, solution marketing, or technical product management
Experience creating customer-facing technical content (solution briefs, whitepapers, demos)
Understanding of embedded systems, open-source software, developer workflows, and technical communities
Experience engaging with open-source ecosystems, tool chains, SDKs, developer communities, or standards bodies
Strong external presence presenting at conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings
Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive strategic direction cross-functionally
Strong communication, influence, and collaboration with seniors and external partners
Experience working across US/EMEA/APAC regions (advantage)
