Tutor, Tutoring, Elementary School

Position: 1 to 1 tutor
As a 1:1 Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized lessons to students of various ages and abilities, both in person and possibly online. You will create and implement a custom curriculum that meets the student's specific goals, whether in core subjects such as English, Maths, or Science, or other areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 tutoring sessions in a subject area of your expertise.

Develop individualized lesson plans tailored to the student's academic needs and abilities.

Assess and monitor student progress, adapting lessons as necessary.

Build a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on progress and areas for improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience as a tutor, teacher, or in a similar educational role.

Passionate about helping students achieve their academic potential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit different learning styles.

A relevant degree or qualification in your subject area is desirable, but not essential.
