** supports people with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge. The Service is made up of 6 self-contained flats that are spacious and furnished to a high specification, with well equipped kitchens and a living/dining areas. The flats have been fully refurbished and renovated to meet the needs of residents who have various physical and complex needs. Parking is available at the service.

We're situated close to local amenities with excellent public transport links allowing us to provide supervised travel when needed.
** What you'll be working:
** Your hours are based on a rota working every other weekend.
* Part time hours
* 24 & 18 hours per week* £29,214.68 (FTE) per annum pro rata
** What you'll be doing:
*** Supporting our clients with daily activities
* Supporting their care plans to establish routine
* Ensure the client feels safe, and stable within their day to day care
* Personal Care
* Administrating medication (if required)
** What you'll have:
*** Strong organisational, time management, planning and communication skills.
* Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
* Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
* Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
* Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
* Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
