As a Sales Negotiator
, you will play a crucial role in helping buyers and sellers navigate the property market. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with vendors and buyers, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service
• Arranging property viewings, valuations, and appointments
• Managing your diary effectively to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcome for all parties
• Working closely with colleagues to facilitate a seamless process from initial contact to completion

We’re looking for someone with:

• At least 1 year of experience in estate agency or a sales-driven environment
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
