Chief Facilities Engineer

Position Overview

The Chief Engineer at Live Happy, LLC is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of engineering activities within an organization. • Budget and Resource Management: Help develop and manage the engineering department budget. Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Quality Assurance: Help implement and monitor quality assurance processes to deliver high‑quality products or services. Help establish and maintain quality control standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications. Collaborate with regulatory affairs to address compliance issues.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on engineering activities, project status, and key performance indicators. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Proven experience in a senior engineering management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth technical knowledge and expertise in plant operation, CMMS and BMS.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align engineering activities with overall business objectives.
