Live Happy is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Coordinator to drive continuous-improvement across our cultivation facility. Working with Operations, the Coordinator facilitates kaizen events and improvement projects, trains and coaches staff on Lean Six Sigma tools, maintains KPI dashboards and standard work, and helps frontline teams solve problems and sustain gains.
This is a hands‑on, on-site role in a living‑crop environment.
