As a Senior Parts Advisor / Assistant Parts Manager, you will:
* Assist retail customers and service technicians with accurate parts selection and pricing
* Manage daily operations of the parts counter, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
* Oversee inventory control and profitability on dealership capital invested in parts
* Communicate parts availability, shipping estimates, and order status to customers and internal teams
* Provide expert support on OEM parts and accessories
* Accurately document all parts transactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
* Monitor and achieve daily and monthly performance goals
* Support the Parts Manager with operational leadership and team coordinationQualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive parts operations
* Prior experience as a Parts Counterperson, Parts Advisor, or Assistant Parts Manager preferred
* Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds and/or ADP/CDK systems
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), and Point of Sale (POS) systems
* Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
* Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
