Get Set ABA is hiring experienced and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing clinical team in and around Baltimore County, Maryland.

- Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and support their ongoing development
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to behavior plans
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain all documentation, data collection, and ethical compliance per BACB and payer standards
- Attend team meetings and support onboarding of new RBTs or BCBAs as needed
- Participate in and initiate outreach opportunities
- Pay Range:
Up to $120,000/year depending on experience - Full-time: 30–40 hours/week
- Part-time:
Flexible caseload options available - Shifts:
Daytime, after school, or hybrid scheduling based on client needs and your availability - Location:
Caseloads are matched based on your availability and proximity to clients in Baltimore County
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience developing ABA programs and supervising RBTs
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
