Join the team at Autumn Lake Healthcare, a skilled nursing facility located in Catonsville, MD. This full‑time position offers a supportive environment where you will apply occupational therapy techniques to help patients improve or maintain motor skills and daily functional abilities.

• Improve, rehabilitate, or maintain patients’ motor skills and overall ability to perform everyday activities.
• Assess physical, communication, and cognitive skills to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document treatment plans and progress clearly.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.

• Active state OT license is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with therapeutic intervention and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cohesive team.
