Security and Emergency Services Assistant Supervisor – Night Shift (7p‑7a)

• Compensation: $23.00‑$25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

• Perform regular patrols, gatehouse staffing and respond to emergency and routine calls
• Enforce parking and traffic regulations
• Complete daily shift reports and incident reports (medical response, theft, accidents, fires, mechanical malfunctions, emergency responses, rule violations)
• Screen visitors, vendors and others at the gatehouse
• Assist in training, coaching and counseling of employees
• Provide daily leadership, supervision, motivation and communication to direct & indirect reports
• Monitor team throughout the day and reinforce safety practices

• At least 21 years old (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in public safety supervisory (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement) or comparable supervisory experience
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Strong leadership skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in an Emergency Responder role (preferred)
