We are looking to hire compassionate, energetic LPNs & RNs to provide private duty nursing care to a 20‑year‑old female with G‑tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator. Training in G‑tube, trach, and vent areas is available.

• Occasional Fridays: 8 A.M. – 6 P.M.
• Saturday nights: 10 P.M. – 7 A.M.
• Sunday nights: 10 P.M. – 7 A.M.
• Occasional Tuesday nights: 10 P.M. – 7 A.M.

• Work one‑on‑one in the client’s home.
• Complete nursing assessment.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Document nursing notes clearly and concisely.

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in Maryland or Multistate Compact license (LPN or RN).
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Confidence to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of G‑tube/Trach care preferred; training provided.
• Ventilator experience preferred; training available.
• Pediatric experience a plus.

• Pay range: $26‑42 per hour, based on licensure, skills, experience, and case.
• Time‑and‑a‑half pay for overtime beyond 40 hours per week.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days of continuous full‑time employment.
