Join Sodexo as a Steward and be part of a team delivering high-quality dining and hospitality services within a Ministry of Defence environment. You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and well-run dining experience,supporting both daily service and functions while maintaining high standards ofservice, cleanliness and professionalism. Working as part of the Sodexo team,you’ll help ensure every service runs smoothly and meets both Sodexo and MOD standards.

• Deliver a high standard of dining room service, including food and beverage, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for customers.
• Maintain excellent personal presentation and high standards of cleanliness across the dining room and associated areas.
• Prepare dining areas for service, including setting tables, clearing crockery and maintaining supplies such as condiments, bread, tea and coffee.
• Support functions and refreshment services, including assisting with function preparation and basic food preparation when required.
• Safely use and store equipment, machinery, cleaning materials and chemicals, following company procedures and Health & Safety, Food Safety and COSHH requirements.
• Work as part of the Sodexo team to maintain quality standards, report any defects promptly, support plate-washing duties and continue developing your skills within the role.

• No previous experience required – we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
