• Speaking to our local customers, taking orders from regulars and advising on new special offers etc.
• You will have excellent communication skills, be resilient and have confidence when liaising with our customers.
• Working within a busy & fast paced environment answering incoming calls swiftly and handling orders and quotes
• Calling both existing and potential customers to follow up on enquiries, develop a relationship and convert leads into sales
• Up-selling and cross-selling a range of products and services

• An excellent telephone manner
• Good verbal & written communication skills to ensure customers receive a fantastic service
• Reliable and committed to working within a small team & the ability to adapt as the business grows
• Office based in our busy friendly Depot.
• Office hours Mon-Fri, 8.30 - 5.30 with 1 hour lunch
• Excellent Induction, training and ongoing support. You will also be offered to go on our internal 'Management Trainee' program, should you wish to further your career.
