A veteran support organization in Catterick Garrison is looking for a Case Work & Referral Officer to manage referrals and support services for veterans at risk of homelessness. This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working collaboratively to enable veterans to achieve their housing goals. Applicants should have a strong understanding of the barriers faced by vulnerable individuals and possess excellent communication and organization skills.
