Job Overview

As a Warehouse Operative at Catterick, North Yorkshire, you will support critical logistics operations by ensuring materials are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you’ll help maintain stock accuracy and meet daily operational targets.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving, checking, and storing incoming materials accurately
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching orders in line with operational requirements
  • Maintaining stock accuracy, including certification and shelf‑life checks
  • Operating material handling equipment and supporting general warehouse duties
  • Following health and safety procedures to ensure a safe and compliant workspace
Work Hours

Full‑time role, 37 hours per week. Monday–Thursday 07:00 – 15:30. Friday 07:00 – 12:00. Based at Catterick.

Essential Experience
  • Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft applications
  • Experience working within warehouse or logistics environments
  • Understanding of warehouse or MRP systems
  • Awareness of stock control and inventory processes
  • Knowledge of systems such as SAP or MJDI (desirable)
Qualifications
  • MHE (Material Handling Equipment) licence – preferred but not essential
  • MJDI MA Qualification – preferred but not essential
Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
