Client Service Coordinator

Chaparral Veterinary Medical Center, a mixed animal, state-of-the-art facility, is hiring an experienced Practice Representative to perform the following tasks and duties. Equine experience is a plus.

• Ensure the smooth, accurate, cheerful, well-planned flow of clients and patients in and out of the hospital
• Receive and record payments for services rendered
• Answer a multi-line phone system and act as liaison between clients and veterinarians
• Schedule appointments for both large and small animals and dispatch ambulatory equine doctors as needed
• Maintain electronic medical files
• Assist with front-desk duties and patient check-in/check-out as needed
• Maintain neat, clean appearance
• Knowledge of equine is important; customer service experience and medical records experience are preferred

Full-time; four weekdays (Thursdays off), 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and every Saturday, 7:45 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.

• Salary: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
