Stocking Team Associate – Walmart

Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $29.00/hr

Annual or quarterly performance incentives may be available. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour can be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending most of their time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
