Human Resources Assistant

Vistar Eye Center is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, motivated, and able to manage both administrative and basic human resources tasks to help keep our office running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include Providing general support in all HR functions

Providing administrative support to HR team members and leadership

Scheduling meetings, interviews, and HR-related events

Assisting HR with onboarding new employees

Assisting with scheduling and calendar management

Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records

Assisting HR with onboarding new employees

Maintaining employee files and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of records

Supporting HR with communications and company announcements

Organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs

Maintaining training records and tracking employee progress

Providing data support for audits and management reviews

Previous office, administrative, or HR experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
