• Work with the operations team to define scope, develop budgets, and schedule
• Design and/or supervise and coordinate detailed engineering for new construction and expansion projects
• Complete designs and provide value engineering
• Develop construction specifications, bid packages, budget cost estimates, construction schedules, and permitting as required to ensure completion of projects on time and within budget
• Develop, establish, and maintain engineering budgets
• Coordinate and account for any changes in scope of work
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project
• Ability to obtain a PE license in other states
• Ability to travel
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned, and requirements may vary from time to time

• Registered professional engineer with an active license, in good standing
• Experience working on fast‑track projects
• Demonstrated experience and/or skills working on multiple projects of varied degrees of complexity at the same time
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast‑paced environment, with excellent work ethic, attention to detail and organizational skills
• Goal‑oriented
• Proficient in MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited engineering college or university
