Role OverviewThe Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and are directed to the right tax professional. This position supports client relationships, schedules appointments, and maintains a clean, organized office environment.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule client appointments according to their preferences.
- Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience (optional).
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
