Part Time Lunch Monitor Paraprofessional – Fiddlers Elementary

Join the Iron County School District in Cedar City, UT, and help make a difference in the lives of students and families. This position is part‑time, requires 7.5 hours per week, and will remain open until filled.

• Monitors and provides support, encouragement, and assistance to elementary students during breakfast and lunch activities and on the playground.
• Supervises playground and recreational activities, including individual use of equipment and participation in group games.
• Assists in maintaining order and decorum in the lunchroom, reinforcing student manners, eating habits, and cleanup procedures.
• Provides a safe environment for students during playground and breakfast/lunch periods.
• Enforces safety rules, appropriate behavior standards, and school playground/lunchroom policies.
• Maintains regular, reliable, predictable attendance and high job performance.
• Communicates issues to the School Principal.

• Basic computer knowledge; familiar with Google Docs and checks email frequently.
• Willingness to learn and use all required computer systems and software.
