Location:
Cedar Main Branch, 377 N Main, Cedar City, UT 84721, USA. This position is fully in-person at the Cedar Main branch.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM.
The Central Operations Representative will work with other departments and the Customer Care Center to provide unified customer service. Responsibilities include processing Proof, Wire Transfers, ACH, and other operational duties, handling customer inquiries, and completing daily tasks vital to bank operations.

- Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Cross‑train in ACH, wires, proof, and other operational duties.
- Produce reports for loss mitigation and SSI verification.
- Conduct proof review and fraud detection.
- Sort, fold, and send daily branch letters.
- Place stop payments on checks.
- Balance departmental books at end of day.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks on a rotating basis.
- Research and resolve customer account issues.
- Assist with special projects such as document shredding and mail distribution.
- Adhere strictly to the bank’s information security policies.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Must pass a credit and background check.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience in a financial institution.
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Discretion with employee and customer information.
- Knowledge of bank products and services.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
