Schedule:
Flexible. Ability to work a minimum of 21 hours a week with three evening sessions per week (4-7 pm) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

As a Behavior Clinician (BCBA or BCaBA) at Bridgeway Integrated Healthcare Services, you will play a crucial role in developing, conducting, and overseeing the delivery of behavior analytic services within your scope of practice as defined by the Utah Department of Professional Licensing (DOPL) and adhering to best practice standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct assessments
- Formulate treatment plans and set client goals
- Supervise behavior technicians
- Conduct parent and whole-family interventions
- Coordinate with treatment team and leadership to ensure ethical and high-quality service delivery
All applicants must have a current driver’s license, pass a background check, work a minimum of 21 hours per week, show commitment to professional development through mandatory trainings, and maintain confidentiality about the clients, families, staff, and any other protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA.
