Location: Falcon Ridge Ranch, Virgin, Utah. Falcon Ridge Ranch is a residential treatment program that provides a safe, supportive and nurturing environment for vulnerable young women referred from juvenile courts and social service agencies.

Pay
: $72,000 salary per year, depending on experience.

What you will do
:
As a Licensed Therapist you will provide individual, family and group therapy as indicated by program/school needs. Develop and oversee the completion of treatment on an individual, family and group basis. Services include: clinical assessment, service planning, individual, group, family and milieu therapies, counseling, case management, record keeping and service coordination with a multi-disciplinary team. Document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the objectives and goals of the treatment plan.

To be considered you should:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess a Master’s Level Degree and current licensure required for the State of Utah
  • Obtain the appropriate number of CEUs each year to maintain licensure, if applicable
  • One year of prior experience working in a residential/school setting with at-risk students, their families and the Juvenile Justice System
  • Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
  • Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Schedule
:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. On-site; this is not a remote position.
