Position: Client Care Coordinator / CNA Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an office team member with caregiving experience to join our growing team and help to bring our unique care philosophy to life. The Client Care Coordinator/CNA Supervisor will offer support to the administrative assistant and area manager with office tasks dealing in client scheduling, shift emergencies, and clerical maintenance.

The Client Care Coordinator/CNA Supervisor will also need to be willing to take on any caregiving shifts that may arise. This role supports caregivers throughout their area, covering shifts, providing office support, and helping with trainings. The position requires working during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm Monday‑Friday, with hours subject to change for shift coverage or trainings.

Job Responsibilities

Your role in this job will be to work directly with the Administrative Assistant and Area Manager to provide quality care to your community through office clerical work, caregiver trainings, HR support, patient charting support, and client scheduling. This includes communicating directly with patients and caregivers to clearly define the dates and times of visits, reporting any issues with patients or caregivers, and participating in problem solving and solution creation under the direction of the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • A current CNA certification preferred
  • Two years of caregiving experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Legal and working vehicle
  • COVID‑19 vaccine preferred
