Registered Nurse - Residential Youth Treatment

Join the Rite of Passage team as a Registered Nurse at Falcon Ridge Ranch in Virgin, Utah. Falcon Ridge Ranch is a residential treatment program that provides a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for vulnerable young women who are referred from juvenile courts and social service agencies both locally and across the country.

The youth enter the program with a history of abuse, neglect, trauma, substance abuse, mental illness, and violence. They graduate as educated young women who have overcome challenges and are making healthy choices for themselves and for their future.

Pay: $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

• Medical, Dental, Vision, and company‑paid Life Insurance within 90 days.
• 401(k) match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment.

• Coordinate the daily activities of the medical department, ensuring adherence to healthcare guidelines.
• Implement safety standards for the youth.
• Manage students’ medical care according to individual needs.
• Delegate medical services to team members.
• Assist medical, psychiatric, and dental providers on and off site.

• Empathetic, patient, consistent, compassionate, and respectful with an honest work ethic.
• Current Registered Nursing license in Utah.
• At least two years of medical/surgical experience.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical exam, and TB test.

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (8‑hour shift, 1‑hour break). Five days on, two days off, coordinated through supervisor.
