Baker​/Early morning prep

As a Baker/Line Cook at Kneadery Eatery, you'll play a key role in our kitchen, ensuring our customers enjoy fresh, high-quality baked goods every day and cooking. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Following recipes and maintaining consistency in product quality.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring ingredients are stocked and fresh.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety standards.
• Collaborating with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.
• Preparing the cooks line for breakfast including making soup
• Cooking on the line

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of baking and cooking experience.
• A strong understanding of baking techniques and equipment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
