General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. They ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays remain maintained and properly ordered throughout the day. Duties may include paint mixing and fabric cutting.

• Base hourly pay $16.00–$29.00 per hour, equal to or exceeding applicable minimum wage.
