Join a well-established plumbing and heating company looking for a dependable Office Assistant to support daily operations. This part-time position (30 hours/week) will grow into a full-time role and comes with a full benefits package upon hire.
What You’ll Do:
Handle invoicing, billing, and payments using Quick Books
Manage incoming calls and emails professionally
Schedule appointments and service calls
Perform general administrative tasks including data entry and filing
Assist with maintaining accurate customer and vendor records
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with Quick Books is required
Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
