Overview

Key Rehab is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to work at our facility in Cedar Falls, Iowa, in a consistent PRN capacity within a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

The rate of pay for this role is $55+ per hour, and Friday and weekend hours are critical.

• Evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
• Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
• Work in both Home Health and SNF settings, offering a weekend schedule that can reduce the need for childcare at home.

• Accredited
  
  Education:
  
  Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Active Licensure:
  Current PT license in the state of practice.
• Ethical Compliance:
  Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.
