Western Home Communities seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide (CNA) to deliver in-home care across Cedar Falls area and surrounding counties. You will travel to clients' homes to assist with daily activities, personal care, meal prep, and light housekeeping, helping clients maintain independence.
As a CNA with Iowa certification and a valid driver’s license, you will work independently, coordinating with the office and supporting families with patience and professionalism.
