What You’ll Do:

• Coordinating and managing resident care
• Administering medications and treatments accurately
• Communicating clearly with physicians, families, and your care team
• Supervising and supporting CNAs
• Collaborating with the Director of Nursing on care plans and staffing needs
• Ensuring a safe, comforting environment for residents and families

What We’re Looking For:

• RN licensed in Iowa
• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program
• CPR certified (or willing to obtain)
• Dependable, team-focused, and mission-aligned
• Willing to work every other weekends/holidays
• You’ll have the chance to note your shift, building, and hours preferences when applying.
