Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes

Collaborate with physicians and nursing leadership

Support resident admissions and care planning

Provide emotional and physical support to residents and families

Supervise and support Resident Assistants/Medication Managers

Graduate of a state-approved nursing program

CPR certified or willing to obtain

Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Strong attendance and reliability
