As a Charge Nurse, you will lead nursing staff, assist residents with daily activities, monitor health status, administer medications, coordinate with physicians, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Valid RN license in good standing in the state of Iowa or ability to activate.
• Current valid CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long‑term care regulations and laws.
• Strong commitment to empathy, respect, patience, and discretion when caring for residents.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support a person‑centered care environment.
