Position Overview

Pinnacle Specialty Care, a 100‑bed long‑term care skilled nursing community located in Cedar Falls, IA, is now hiring a dedicated RN for our evening shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) as a Charge Nurse. As a Charge Nurse, you’ll provide exceptional care during a vital time of day, ensuring residents feel supported and comfortable into the evening.

• Evening shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) gives you mornings free for appointments, errands, or personal time.
• Work in a collaborative, supportive environment with a team dedicated to quality resident care.
