You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and serve as a plasma donor screener, performing phlebotomy and supporting plasma center operations.
How You Will Contribute- Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety.
- Screen new and repeat donors, record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System to prepare charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using approved procedures.
- Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical capability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine‑motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Willingness to wear gloves for 90% of tasks due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level
1). - At least one year of experience in a customer or patient‑facing role (preferred).

Location and CompensationLocation:
USA – IA – Cedar Falls
Hourly wage: $16.00 (subject to state or local minimum wage requirements)
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, disability coverage, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and wellness benefits. U.S. based employees may also receive up to 80 hours of sick time per year and new hires accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
