• Evaluate donor eligibility through medical history reviews, physical examinations, and required testing.
• Monitor donors and manage adverse reactions in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate care when necessary.
• Review laboratory results and communicate concerns to appropriate medical personnel.
• Support employee health and safety initiatives, including vaccination programs and incident assessments.
• Maintain compliance with medical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a recognized nursing education program.
• Current Iowa LPN/LVN license.
• Current CPR and AED certification.li>
• Ability to meet applicable state requirements for basic IV therapy.
• At least 2 years of clinical or hospital experience.
• Flexibility to work opening shifts, evening closing shifts, and rotating weekends.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality care, and exceptional customer service.

$23.00 to $31.68 per hour
