** Join the UNI Center for Social and Behavioral Research, where you will collaborate with UNI faculty, staff, and students to collect survey data used to guide decision-making in public health and other policy areas at both the state and federal levels.

* Summary:

** Assists with the supervision of telephone interviewers, student research assistants, and operational activities in the Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) Lab; organizes tasks related to data collection to ensure that project deadlines are met; serves as data collection interviewer; and manages supervisor software program to maintain data collection.  
** Required

Minimum Qualifications:

** Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field required. An associate degree plus two years of related experience may be substituted.

* Preferred Qualifications:

** Call-center experience; applied research experience; and supervisory experience. Student experience will be considered.

This position has a standard work schedule of Monday-Friday, 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, plus some weekends.
