They build and lead great shifts, empower team members to grow their skillsets and maintain a positive attitude throughout our locally owned restaurant. Leads management team by providing guidance, direction, and opportunity to ensure that every guest who chooses Culver's leaves happy. Responsible for the operational and financial success of restaurant.

• Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
• Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high performing team
• Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
• Organizational effectiveness on multi-store level

• Must have strong communication and organizational skills

• 3 - 5 years of restaurant experience is preferred
• Scheduling, food ordering, and onboarding

• Food Safety License preferred

• Stands for long periods of time without sitting;

  Lift / carry 11-20lbs Frequently;

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving Butter Burgers® and Frozen Custard.
