We are hiring a Business Development Representative to drive IT sales and business growth, develop relationships with new clients, conduct sales visits and presentations, maintain advanced product knowledge, and achieve sales goals.
CompensationBase salary: $45,000.00 per year with commission and significant earning potential. Pay range: $45,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year.

Job Duties- Develop and expand a portfolio of small to medium‑size clients through multiple avenues of direct marketing and networking.
- Conduct business-to-business in‑person sales presentations to a wide vertical audience.
- Assess client IT needs and make recommendations, including best‑practice solutions and proprietary service packages.
- Demonstrate IT equipment to highlight product benefits.
- Negotiate sales and multi‑term contracts with clients.
- Establish sales goals and implement a plan to meet them.
- Track progress toward goals and document sales performance.
- Become an expert in all products and services offered through continuous training, education, demos, and research.
- Answer questions, describe benefits, and discuss pros and cons of competing solutions or services.
- Stay updated on trends and innovative products in the IT industry.
