• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm & hot leads
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes
• Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately
• Keep CRM (Service Titan) records clean and updated
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads
• Work closely with outside sales & installation teams
• Hit and exceed key KPIs: 82%+ booking rate
• 120+ calls/day
• 20%+ aggregator conversion
• 100+ booked estimates/month

First-Year Earnings:

• $52,000–$65,000 base (depending on experience)
• Top performers earn $80,000+ yearly with commissions
• Performance bonuses
• Commission: 0.25% of sold jobs booked during regular hours
• 0.75% of sold jobs booked evenings/weekends
