Head Coach - Women’s Soccer

Primary Function: Develops, implements, and directs university intercollegiate women's soccer program; coaches team; recruits and reviews academic records of prospective student-athletes; schedules competition and arranges team travel; prepares and administers sport activity budget; counsels student-athletes on academic, individual, and team goals; and participates in public relations and fundraising activities.

Bachelor's degree; at least three years of experience coaching soccer at the club, collegiate, and/or professional level; demonstrated ability to recruit athletes; and proven administrative and organizational skills required. The successful candidate must abide by the rules of the NCAA, the Missouri Valley Conference, and the University of Northern Iowa.
