A Route Driver - Home Daily is responsible for operating a truck to collect fabrication material from slaughter facilities and on-farm fallen animals. The job offers a work‑life balance environment, local runs, and home daily. Minimum 40 hours per week with overtime pay for hours over 40 and Saturday work. • Handle outside elements, summer heat, and winter cold.
• Collect and inspect products at pickup for foreign or hazardous material.
• Maintain an electronic DOT log and complete daily vehicle condition reports.
• Operate the company vehicle in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and company safety rules.
• Maintain excellent customer relations by providing quality, professional service at all times.
• Complete required paperwork in accordance with company policies daily.
• Attend all safety meetings and may serve on the Safety Committee.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

• 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Registered on the FMCSA clearinghouse.

• Prior route experience within a customer‑oriented environment.
• Ability to work well with internal staff and external customers.
• Strong basic arithmetic skills.

• Required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch.
• Occasionally push, pull, and lift up to 75 lbs.

• Job functions will be carried out in a commercial motor vehicle, customer locations, and plant environment.
