Pay & Benefits

• Base pay: $1491+ per week.
• $0.56 per mile on 2500 miles per week.
• $13 per stop on 7 stops per week.
• Sign‑on bonus: $1500 at 30 days and $1500 at 90 days.
• Paid training and schedule flexibility (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Paid Time Off: 80 hours accrued in the first year.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and assist with freight as required.
• Maintain accurate logs and records.
• Follow safety protocols and all applicable federal and state regulations.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Current Class A CDL with required endorsements.
• Experience:
  
  9 months within past 3 years, or 2 years within past 5 years, or 5 years within past 10 years.
• Pass Ryder drug test, background/motor‑vehicle check, DOT physical, and road test.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Good driving record.
