Automotive Master Technician / Mechanic | $70K TO $120K* & Weekends Off | Cedar Hill

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of automotive repairs
• Review TSBs and other service recommendations and translate to customer needs
• Honestly assess vehicles and build a detailed estimate of necessary repairs
• Communicate cause and correction for customer concerns regarding their vehicle
• Address any concerns from customers and interface with them on their vehicle as needed
• Provide great customer care and professionalism
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections in service to customers
• Master MFG level diagnostic tools (MFG scan tools and subscriptions provided by CBA)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years automotive repair experience required with ASE certification
• Team oriented
• Capable of diagnosing and repairing any/all types of vehicles
• Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Excel at diagnostics and drivability problems
• Have the drive to and the ability to flag 60+ hours per week
• Ability to quickly master factory scan tools

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of your workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Efficiently navigate a computer
