We are seeking a patient, attentive, positive, and energetic individual to care for and educate our children. As an instructor, you’ll help prepare young learners for kindergarten by easing them into a structured, supportive, and inspiring educational environment. Early childhood education plays a critical role in a child’s future success—and we believe that our instructors make a lifelong impact!

Duties- Provide daily care for children, including setting schedules, grooming, and maintaining a clean classroom environment.
- Foster age‑appropriate learning and socialization through planned activities and routines.
- Support children in developing basic skills like communication, manners, and cooperation.
- Monitor children’s behavior and development, identifying and reporting any concerns.
- Guide and model positive behaviors while promoting a safe and welcoming space.
- Prepare students for transitions into school or the next level of care.
- Work one‑on‑one or in small groups based on developmental needs.
- Keep accurate records related to each child’s care and progress.
- Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child’s growth and goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license.
- CPR/First Aid Certified (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks.
- Knowledge of childhood development and preschool practices.
- Friendly, calm demeanor with strong communication and mediation skills.
- Physically able to lift/carry children, sit on the floor, and maintain classroom energy.
- Organized, dependable, and flexible.
- Prior experience in a childcare setting (teacher assistant, daycare, preschool).
- Experience as a babysitter or nanny.
- Familiarity with early education standards and classroom safety procedures.
