Any Lab Test Now is changing the way people access healthcare by allowing customers to take a more active role in managing their health. Customers can select many of their own laboratory tests without a doctor's order or insurance. We also provide DNA testing, toxicology testing, wellness services, and nutritional injections.
Our environment is different from a traditional medical office. We combine healthcare with the service, convenience, and personal attention of a customer-focused retail business.
We are looking for a Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist who combines strong clinical skills with the personality and service mindset of a great hospitality professional.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a highly customer-facing position that combines clinical care, customer service, consultative sales, and responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the location.
Our Medical Assistants / Phlebotomists function as the on-site operators of our locations and are trusted with significant responsibility. In addition to providing clinical services, team members open and close the facility, maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the location, monitor inventory and supplies, complete operational tasks, and help ensure the location runs smoothly throughout the day.
You will greet customers, learn what brings them in, explain available testing and wellness services, make appropriate recommendations, collect and process specimens, administer injections, and help ensure customers receive their results accurately and on time.
We are looking for someone who is confident drawing blood but who also genuinely enjoys talking with people. Our strongest team members are comfortable building rapport, explaining options, recommending relevant services, and creating an experience that makes customers want to return.
If you prefer a traditional medical position with limited customer interaction or limited responsibility outside of direct patient care, this probably will not be the right fit. If you enjoy healthcare, hospitality, sales, and taking ownership of your workplace, you may be exactly who we are looking for.
