Alpaca Health is hiring in-person RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings. You will implement behavior plans under a BCBA, collect data, and build meaningful relationships that drive progress.
Not all roles require certification at application; a clear path to RBT certification is provided, with mentorship from a BCBA and potential reimbursement for training. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules are available.
